I'm the lucky owner of a Jeep SRT8 from 2008 - 4 years ago we mounted at Kenne Bell 3,2 L Super Charger on it - We lowered it a little as I need it dayli - so 585 Horses on the wheels. It runs really well.
A couple of years ago I had an issues where the cars started behaving really odd - we checked everything and was going nuts until we found out that the front tires was more warn than the back wells. 2 new front tires and it ran perfect again.

However now (the reason for asking) is that I have mounted original rims, and original tire size but in winter tires. Now when hitting 3000 RPM it start to sound odd (like its struggling) and its like its loosing power. It keeps making the sound going up, but as soon at I take my foot of the gas, and get it below 3000 its runs perfect and smooth again. If I disable ESP - the sounds start imidiately also below 3000 RPM (That was the same when I had the issue with the bad front tires) Has anyone here tried the same? I know the car is VERY sensitive in regards to tires, but these are brand new.
