At 6" you will basically need new everything. New driveshafts, shocks, SYE, Tcase drop, steering, longarms, sway bar links, and a whole slough of other things.

Why do you want 6" of lift? Theres no reason its necessary unless youre running 37"+ tires. And you can go just about anywhere on a 4" lift and 35" tires.

You'll have better luck posting in the Modified Grand Cherokee section here: https://www.cherokeeforum.com/f91/

With a grand you can use the xj lift chart but move everything down 2 inches.Anything past a 4 inch lift you will need a sye kit and a long list of parts.

you dont need to knock off 2", its only 1/2-1" really. Im running RE XJ 4.5" springs and got 4" out of them with a heavy bumper.

yeah, but 4.5 RE springs on an xj gets you about 5.5 every time. always more than they list.
