166,000 miles.changed the plugs out with champions 5k miles ago.im getting 19.1 mpg mostly city. But at idle the jeep from the inside idles a little rough and the rpms's bounce 100-150 some.Never replaced the coil if that could help. Ive ran injector cleaners,seafoam etc no help. and i hear a steady whoosh (2 wooshs a sec?) sound coming from back of the engine on passenger side. im wondering if its a sticky valve or something. I actually got another coil for it today for 40.00 at a salvage yard(jeep only had 32k miles on it and it was totaled/demolished) and was thinking about changing the plugs to ngk v-powers since i have the coil off. I have the powers in my lumina and dodge ram and i love em..


any idea's???


EDIT : fixed. Whoever my wife took the jeep to have it fixed didnt adjust one of the plugs right,it was 60 instead of 35

my idle was rough in my 2000 GC and it was a vaccum line that was not connected, dont know if this is your problem but it maybe something to look into
