LED bar is mounted inside bumper.
I used the same location, but replaced the OEM panel with 1/4" thick PVC foam sheet, a common signmaking material. Solid phone mount, with space for four switches, two currently installed.

Used the stock foglight switch for my amber driving lights, additional switch for the light bar:
