Default I am installing an aftermarket stereo in my Jeep

I need to know how to install this aftermarket stereo and want to do it without an adapter. If I need an adapter please let me know which one I need because I have no idea. I have a 1991 Jeep Cherokee Laredo.

Use an adapter. Hacking the harness to save 5 bucks is dumb.
