Default High/lows flipped

I just purchased Rampage H4 conversion and a putco harness. I hooked everything up and my high and low beans are flipped. I used the bulbs that came in the kit. Could it be the bulbs that are messed up? Because you can't hook anything up wrong.

It sounds like the putco harness was reversed. Cruiser has a higher quality harness that is cheaper he links. It is the one I am running currently.

I had the Rampage H4 in before I put the putco harness in. And it was reversed. But not when I had the stock sealed housings

It does matter. There is a reflector in the bulb that needs to be on The bottom for low beams.
