there wad a thread on this just last week and many people believe it really doesn't add horsepower. That the mechanical fan doesn't take much.

this one. I'm still not sure if the real results. But I still prefer the mechanical fan over electric stuff. Easier for me haha

Electric fans are magic. The fans are powered by unicorn farts just floating around in the air. They certainly don't increase the load on the alternator, which also increases the load on the engine as much as the mechanical fan. Changing to a unicorn fart fan will add 100 horsepower and make your ****ty clogged up cooling system work better.

Look for the most expensive, most complicated fan kit you can find.

Get an electric fan from a WJ and an aftermarket controller. Easiest way out. You can get a new fan for $80 or get a junkyard one.

Some have done this then came back to say they are over heating,Honestly unless you buy a fan with more cfm then the stock mechanical fan youll have problems.gas mileage i doubt enough youll ever know,And more horsepower maybe 2hp again youll never feel that.
