I'm going to call a place tomorrow that's supposed to have a factory sliding rear window near me. If that falls through, there are the 4 pane aftermarket sliders, and I think there are one or two places that are supposed to have fixed rear widows. Not sure what type of window I want to go with, but hopefully I can get something. Right now it's parked in the garage at my parents house. I'll probably try and get a rear window for it soon and put it in so I can park it outside, but I don't know how soon the rest will get fixed. I am still interested in a set of tail lights for it since they're so hard to find at a decent price, and I know one has a hole and it's never a bad thing to have at least a spare or two. Not sure when what will happen, but really wish I had been driving my Cherokee because t would've just plowed through the car. Anywho off track, but I'm doing what I can as I can.

Well I called the place today, and I believe it's an aftermarket slider window, but I'm having my dad go pick it up for me today as long as it seems to be in good shape.

Well the guy has two four pane rear sliders which I believe means they're the aftermarket ones. He said the latch on both of them are broken so he's taking $20 off so now I need to find a latch that will fit the window.

That's what I have going in. They have a larger rear opening, which is what I want for mine.

I like the single piece glass, but I'd like to try the sliding window out since I haven't had one before. If I change my mind later on I guess I'll just pull it out and put something else in later. In my short look I haven't found a fixed window near me.

I found a guy with all the parts I need for $80 (minus the radiator) the header panel is blue, but I guess it'll work for now.

Well the rear window needs a latch, but I'm not 100% certain which replacement latch will work, I've never seen a latch or the window in person so it's hard to guess from a picture for the window and a picture for the latch. I'll put up some pictures of the broken latch, the window, and the latch I think looks like it would work. Also, not sure how exactly to replace it since it seems riveted on. Not sure if it would be fine to drill out the rivets and screw it on or what. Any comments or tips appreciated! College Budget 1987 MJ Build-photo559.jpgCollege Budget 1987 MJ Build-photo617.jpgCollege Budget 1987 MJ Build-photo344.jpg when getting the bumper, grill, and stuff I got some bumper brackets and one has some kind of tow point thing built on it. Goes on the driver's side (passenger side of the jeep I took it off of) not the best, but better than the nothing that I had.

Those are oem tow hooks. You're missing the driver side support that you're describing on the passenger side. Much stronger than than aftermarket hooks that don't support the front crossmember or the bottom of the front uniframe. I actually kept the front crossmember supports when I put my bumper on.

Not quite sure I'm following what you're saying. I pulled it off a mail jeep and took everything that was on the passenger side of that vehicle. It just had the L bracket and the funky shaped thing. There was nothing on the other side of the jeep.

Oh it's just the passenger side bracket? I see, it's missing the tow hook that should be attached.

It only had it on one side and it has a closed loop on the bottom instead of a hook. It has a normal bumper mount on the other side. Also, it looks like this bracket goes one hole further back than the ones you posted a picture of

Mine were exactly what you have except a pair and a hook. Not sure why the hole instead of hook.

It was a water meter jeep then a mail jeep and had the 115 speedo so maybe it was some like government spec one or something. I know some companies and such have special requirements and they could've required a loop instead of a hook or something.
