My Jeep app stopped working. It says I have to upgrade to the new version that is paid.
I called them and they say "you will be able to start your car from your phone" ???
I tell them the remote works just fine.
I think it costs about $15 a month. I never used Uconnect. I had the car since new.
The app keeps track of maintainence work and has discount coupons for service which is all I ever used it for.
I had the car since March 2019. Why are they starting this now?
Anyone else have any issues like this.

It seems that the new app will only work with connected services. They say my car is not compatible with connected services. It doesn't have those buttons on the rear view mirror. So I cant use the app to keep track of services or what service is due. Those discount coupons come in handy also.
Did anyone else here have this same problem and did they find a solution for you. The Jeep support people say they don't have a solution.
