Car flipped out while at an intersection

First off, I'm not sure I'm even in the right place but hoping I am...

Today while I was stopped at a busy intersection, the dash of my 2019 jeep Cherokee flipped out... the lights started flashing everywhere. When the light turned green the car wouldn't move. Finally I was able to restart the car and get to a parking spot.

I turned the car off and started again. This time everything seems to be fine, but my digital odometer is in MPH and my miles to empty/total miles says km.

Any ideas?

The battery or cables are always my first suspect when the computer starts freaking out. I also had this happen with a cheap Bluetooth elm327 obd code reader.
