Default Code PO6DD

2014 limited 3.2. PO6DD Sets this code for the oil pressure circuit. I just changed the oil and filter and that did not help. It shifts poorly when the code sets like it's going into limp mode. I am thinking about just changing the sensor.
Any thought will be appreciated.

I looked in the service manual for resistance values to test, but couldn't find it. Maybe at least stick a meter on there and see if it's changing with rpm. I did see the minimum oil pressure at idle is 5-psi! Sensor gets installed at 17 ft*lbs. There is an interesting warning on the 2.4l engine, that the oil pressure sensor threads in the block are British Standard Pipe and not to thread in a npt thread as it can crank the block.

low oil level, dirty engine oil, a faulty oil pump, a faulty oil pressure sensor, an oil pressure sensor harness that is open or shorted, and the oil pressure sensor circuit has a faulty electrical component or connection

could be any of those things, you already crossed off low oil and dirty oil of the list. keep running test, I would start with checking the sensor and the wiring. if you're in an area where rust is really common on vehicles, then check the wiring for corrosion and your body grounds to see if they are free of corrosion or that they didn't break because of rust.
