Tow Wiring
Recently purchased a 2014 TH. Did not have a hitch, so I am installing one from Mopar. Do I have to use the Mopar wiring set at $197 or can I just wire into the taillight area with the flat 4 pin generic set?

Hey DB, It is much easier to use the aftermarket wiring box.
The hardest part is running a power wire to the battery.
I ran mine under the car on top of the skid plates.
Like they say with the OEM wiring you have to run it inside the car,
and patch it into the fuse box. But, it still might not work without
turning the system on by flashing the computer.
