Royston did absolutely nothing.. Nor did Royston himself. Id at least came out of my little office to see what was going on with a paying customer he didnt.. he has no business Etiquette what so ever! O they did change the oil.. and blamed the computer issues on the oil..
when the Jeep arrived on roll back that saturday morning.. Someone came to the conclusion it had been hydrolocked again.. and they refused it.. sent it back with the tow truck driver..
i was no where near water.. i was on route 83 beside the road.
someone called and told me all my warranties were void and null from the dealership? yea right!
Basically they tried to weasel out of every thing they could.
for the lousy treatment and them blowing me off on a safety issue.. i plan on blasting their sorry service on every social network i can.
nothing made sense, i used the road side assistance to call for a tow truck.. Ryders Towing came and scooped me up out of a driveway.
i hope they loose Chrysler products period over this.. Also me not being originally from here. i found out after the fact i should not have done business with Royston..
No one locally i have talked too has said anything good about them. And or Mr Chad Royston himself.
Chrysler arranged it for me to take it elsewhere. The dealership.. did squat!

I will buy no new chrysler group product. They sabotaged my XJ and pretty much want me to return so they can fix it after I put them on blast on every site I could find. I just want my moneys back

and as i stated, not all of us are looking to MOD, and yes.. the KL stock, WILL IN FACT OUT WHEEL A stock GC Laredo, i proved it 2 nights ago at the lake bottoms.. cant wait to run circles around an XJ!!
i guess its the Rear Lockers, and skids dude kinda was struggling, also i mowed through mud, and assisted a chevy truck that just got stuck and dropped a valve and slung a rod... so..i cant wait to show up an XJ.. especially if they go through the troubles of droppin the sway bars etc.. cant wait!
Very nice XJ by the way, I love it!

That kl I was talking about earlier had 33s at the least. I know he could have outdone me but I know I put more work into my XJ, just to get it back to stock condition.
