You could always get something aftermarket and find a place under the hood for it.... Something super loud that will definitely get peoples attention.....

I run a Stebel Nautilus (also known under a handful of other names like Wolo Badboy), It's a self contained airhorn. Has kind of a Euro sound to it. Buy a small piece of hose to hook to the intake and run the hose somewhere it can't collect dirt.

Note that the OP runs a KL Jeep which is notorious for being very sensitive to buss voltage. It isn’t an XJ or whatever and might not like a high drain item in the horn circuit. More than one newer car owner has discovered this the hard way. Just something to be aware of.
