Good day, you don't have any possible update on the Uconnect website. Older software does not work because I tried to install version 17.43 and it does not support downgrade. No other update will even start, except for those with extra files swdp-fo.upd and swdp-fo.iso, only those will boot. I even tried swdp-fo.upd and it starts and I also write an identical voice about tokens. Please advise how to start my uconnect again. Thank you.

If you're trying to update the firmware, note that the USB needs to be formatted FAT32. Stuck on the Jeep Logo seems like a different problem though.

Turns out trying to install the wrong firmware can get it out of the update-mode bootloop. I found UCONNECT_8.4AN_RA4_16.33.29_MY16.exe firmware over on ramforum. It's older firmware meant for a 2016 radio, versus my 2014. Unzipped it to the usb drive, popped it in, it chugged for a bit, decided it's not the right firmware, and kicked it out of the update bootloop. Radio still has the updated firmware, info screen shows no aircard info so the internal aircard is still toast, and it still pops up the occasional phone error message. I've learned my lesson, so I'll just ignore that error for now on.
