Navigation not working in 2014 Jeep Cherokee
Hello, I own a 2014 Jeep Cherokee Limited 4x4. Last month I noticed that the navigation system was not working properly. When I would click on the maps or plug an address, the navigation wouldn't pinpoint my location. Also, I couldn't hear sound on my satellite radio.
I called Unconnect about the navigation system and they told me that I need to complete an update. They walked me through the process but my system wouldn't update. I was informed to bring my jeep to the dealership and have their service department handle it.
Then I call Sirius XM about the satellite and their tech department couldn't figure out what the issue was so I ended up canceling my subscription.
Two weeks ago, I brought my Jeep to the dealership for an oil change and a system update. They told me after 3 hrs that they couldn't get the radio/navigation system to work and ordered a replacement radio. I brought my jeep back the following Saturday and after 5 hrs, they still couldn't get the new radio/navigation to work. Now they are waiting to hear back from Chrysler to figure out what's going on.
Has anyone ever heard about this before?

I have not heard of this specific issue before, but if your dealership is working with our corporate technicians, that is the best thing they can do! Let me know if you need any further assistance or follow up during the repair process.
