Jeep has rated the Trailhawk to ford 20" of water. If this isn't some sort of troll and this guy actually did have a problem in less than that, he should go to the dealer and contact Jeep. They tested it to that, its not like they just throw out a number. If there was a flaw it was in that specific vehicle. OR...maybe the OP didn't know what he was doing.
