Hold brake , lightly raise rpms to almost 2, hold for about 5-6 seconds, rpms will drop press pedal to the floor, and when brake is released... hang on..awesome feature.

Does this always work or only in sport 4x4 mode? I've been wondering how to get off the line faster

thats what i was doing when i discovered it, attempting to power break it, then i thought it broke when the rpms didnt go up much, then back down to idol i was like.. whaa? let my foot off break and got whiplash...
some other feature , sorta different.. it also works along with the lockers, when yer worming around on a steep place in rocks etc.. it holds you in place for a few seconds so you dont roll backwards when you let off the brake but you gotta power brake it to engage it .. its weird.. im still getting the hang of it..

Its not launch mode its called hill assist. Like if it detects youll roll backwards when your foot comes off the brake. Many cars have this now as an added feature. Also called left foot braking
