Trying to install a MOPAR hitch wiring harness to my 2019 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. Pulled the wire out of the green terminal in the picture(probably wrong on the name). The metal connector (pictures are a good one) broke and I need to find a replacement to connect to the wire. I cannot upload the instructions but they are on the MOPAR website (Trailer Tow Lighting Kit (NAFTA) Jeep KL Cherokee), the terminal is on step 31. The wire is suppose to go into the bottom far left spot on the green terminal in the picture. The wire where the metal connector is on step 32, the white green (WH/GN wire). The good connector (A4) is from the wiring harness that I am suppose to plug back into the green terminal. Does anyone know a part number for this??? I have gone to multiple dealership part stores and Autozone, Napa, etc. no one has one or has one. The numbers on the bad connector are P01 31 18. Cannot find it on the internet.

Can't quite tell what you think is broken? It's it's not clicking and staying back in place, you might need to bent the locking tab back up. Worst case, push it in place and secure it with a dab of silicon on the backside or zip-tie it to the wire next to it.

The picture is of a good one. The one that broke is not pictured. Part of it broke off.
Ah. It's probably a fairly standard pin, but I can't tell from the picture. As a work around you could splice around the connector.
Are you talking about using something like this? Then I can connect the car wire to the hitch wiring harness and then put the other good line from the wire harness into the green terminal?
By the way, it is not standard. I have spent all day looking for one online. Thank you for your response.
That would probably work, but I'm not fan of those. I was thinking pull the wire out of the matching location on the other mating connector and use a butt splice.

So I used the butt splice and it worked. Thanks for that advice.
Unfortunately, I have no power to my hitch receptacle. Double checked every connector and ground. All my lights, back up sensors, fuel gauge work (these did not work before I fixed this problem). Any advice on this new issue???
Looks like there is supposed to be a fuse in the harness, near where you tie it into power under the hood? That kit looks pretty involved to install. https://www.jeepsareus.com/docs/82215686AB.pdf

Everywhere I am reading says I have to have the dealership flash my computer to get the power to it. Pretty dumb if you ask me. No where in the install instructions does it say you have to do that.

If you ever wanted to fix the green connector its a standard delphi (metri?) pack terminal and the block is probably a delphi connector block.
also
you will need the flash, which shouldnt cost more than 30 minutes "shop time" to do the procedure which is basically turning on a switch with a tool you cant use but have to pay a dealer or mechanic their labor rate to do for more time than it takes.
kinda sounds more ****ty that way, doesnt it. rip.

UPDATE: Yes, unfortunately you have to pay the dealership to flash your Jeep computer. Cost me $65. But in the end I still saved about $300 installing the hitch and hitch wiring harness myself.
