I can't drive 55
I literally can't drive 55. I had my catalytic converter stolen, had it replaced, now my Cherokee 2009 won't go over 40 miles per hour. Do I have a tyranny issue? Is there a speed limiter I'm not aware of. I've had a mechanic look at it. And he couldn't figure it out. It doesn't stall or die. It just won't go over 40mph.

You are actually in the wrong section. This section is for the earlier Cherokee's (XJ). If I were you, I would post in the KL section, and/or contact a local Jeep dealer.
As for me, I'm going to go look for an old Van Halen cassette, and a cassette player, and a Camaro....
