Door seems to require more effort to close. Not on a hill or windows situation, it just feels like it’s my knees during allergy season. Not moving all efficiently

the check link has grey dust on it. Both hinges are normal except the top one has a pin that appears to rotate and that rubbed the red paint under the pin head or whatever but that to me sounds like intended function. Nothing looks bent or crooked linss Up best I can tell

proper lube and procedures?
