Does anyone know what this is?

Hi Everyone,

Just purchased a 2014 Jeep Cherokee and came across this above the mirror not sure if it is factory equipment or something aftermarket.

Since it's a 2014, most of us don't know what we're looking at. This needs to be moved to the OEM tech section for the KL.

Looks like some kinda antenna to me,Does it not have a radio one on the outside of the jeep ?

It looks to me like an aftermarket sun shield. When I went to NM to visit a friend, I saw bright reflective aluminum film pierced with holes on the rear cargo area windows.

Im guessing the same. Does your KL have a navigation system?
