I was helping one of my buddies order a Cherokee Trailhawk, but one thing somehow wasn't adding up from the Dealer. He wants to add the Technology Package listed on the website, with adaptive cruise and auto high beams, but the dealer we're working with says he can't add those options and can't explain why. Does anyone know anything about this? Like is Jeep lying about what he can do or is that a feature for later this year or something?

 

It's entirely possible that with the chip shortage that they can't get that package. Ford is having the same issue. You try putting together that package and ordering online?
