Who tows a camper with Trailhawk

I'd like to get some feedback from anyone that tows a camper of at least 2500lbs.
I'm thinking of getting a camper with a dry weight of about 2500lbs and would like to know how a Trailhawk handles that load, braking (yeah I know the campers have electric brakes but..), gas mileage, navigating mountains etc. My 2016 Trailhawk has the V6 w/tow package.

I have a 2014 Trailhawk and it tows a 16ft 2300kg (5060lbs) camper at any speed up any mountain in Australia. Fuel consumption goes south over 90km/h (~55mph)
