Default 2019 Cherokee Latitude - Touch screen

Our 2019 Cherokee Latitude's touch screen is having issues. It just started cycling through the radio, connect media, climate, etc. without anyone even touching or hovering over the touchscreen. It keeps going back to "connect device" and won't go and stay on the radio. It is turning the redefoggers on by itself. It's like the car is possessed.

How do we break this cycle of brain farts for the touch screen?

Wrong forum, this is an XJ forum and yours is a KL model.

Had a 'possessed' JK after water got in the fuse system. Dried it out with a hair dryer and then it was OK. Myabe pull & reseat the fuses. Easy cheap way to start.
