Hi Everyone- I'm interested in a small travel trailer and I've been to several RV dealers, Google and also my local Jeep dealer. Towing capacity? What have people towed? General suggestion is a mere 2,000 lbs without the factory towing package. Based on towing a few U-Haul trailers with my vehicle, other than the crappy 9 speed transmission I've had no issues. Word also has it that WITH the factory towing package I can tow up to 4,500 lbs. Trailer will be 3,200-3,800 lbs and have electric brakes. What are everyone else's thoughts and experiences?
