I am new here in the forum, I don't understand much about mechanics, but I am very curious and always seek to learn and put my knowledge into practice. As a woman, every time I look for a mechanic, I feel that there is a difference in the final budget when I need some service. I have already solved several problems with my car on my own by following the forum, and that's why I decided to join you. My Jeep has reached that stage where you fix one problem and two others appears, and I would like to count on your help. The high beam (both sides), the left turn signal, the low beam on the left side, the door locks, windshield wipers, and interior lights, all stopped working at the same time. I checked the fuses and the battery, and they are okay. I don't know what else to do. Could someone please help me? Thank you in advance.

Try disconnecting and reconnecting the battery. That's the only way to reboot the body control computer, which controls all of those items. If that works, then I would suspect a weak battery or poor battery connections which causes the voltage to drop too much while cranking and can crash the various computers.

after that if the problem still persist as you don't have your location in your profile if you live in an area where it's common for rust to build up on cars then you might have a bad ground or electrical wire.

electrical issues aren't fun, but if you're trying to learn there are several videos on youtube that you can look at that explains how the electrical system works and provides tips on how to find the issue.

it literally can be a lot of things, most commonly a bad ground, a cut wire, a bad module and even at times a part of the car that went bad and you didn't think it had anything to do with the parts you mentioned, but they have a common wire that runs through them all.

good luck
