Default 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4.0 Electrical Problems

Hi all,

I've been having electrical problems with my 96 ZJ since I got it, but now they've stepped up to another level and I was hoping one of you could help.

The instrument lights turn on like normal when the car starts up, but that's where the good news ends

-Dome lights never turn off once they're turned on
-Instrument panel doesn't show when my high beams or running lights are on, and when I do toggle the switch, the left turn signal faintly glows.
-The left turn signal turns on and off really really fast
-The speedometer/odometer/shifter lights don't turn on matter what (I'm not even sure if they ever turned on)

I'm thinking it's a bad BCM, thoughts?

check the fuse block in the passenger foot area for corrosion. If found replace.
