Why hello thar
I recently got my 91 XJ bone stock with auto trans, 4x4 and 198k miles. I'm guessing a base model considering it has no power options. My only previous experience with jeeps was with a 63 J200 and military jeeps ( Marines,29 Palms). As I don't have alot of experience offroading that I can't send the vehicle to motor transport for repairs, I'm looking to build her up as I progress trail levels. I work in the structural steel industry, so I'll probably be making alot of my own parts (sliders, bumpers, skids etc...)
This seems like a great forum and I look forward to learning alot here and hopefully passing some of it on.
