Has 225 75 15 tires on it

Can I install:

225 65 15 on it?

Basic question

Found a set of TOYO tires with 65% of tread for $325 --- 225 65 15

Yes you can - but I'd look for a deal on 225 or235/75/r15's

Got a walmart near? Grab a set of these, $352 for 4 brand new tires. I run these on my XJ and they're a damn good all around tire.
