recent purchase. After years in the import scene its time to get my feet a little muddy. ill stick around in the import scene but my new money pit lies below:






needs a few odds and ends. it is a victim of the apparently notorious cracked 4.0 exhaust manifold so it idles as smoothly as an 80 year old takin a ****. so that needs attention. also, some dumb**** lost/never re-installed the inspection cover/flywheel cover, whatever its called on the transmission so i have a lovely flywheel staring me in the face. that will need to be addressed before it sees any offroad time. hopefully thats all this puppy needs to get me out and about in it. let me know anything else i should know. all comments are welcome. unless its rudely negative, then youll get a big ol

 

Great looking XJ. We carry the exhaust manifolds for those. It's pretty common on that year.

got to work on the manifold issue yesterday and all i have to say is that, screw the bolt locations on this thing lol. i hat to stop with only 3 bolts left cause i simply couldnt get an angle on it bymyself. gunna have a friend come over next weekend to help out
