Just dropping a line to say hi. Recently bought another Cherokee. A 99 classic which when I bought it I thought it was metallic blue, turns out dusk didn't show the purple Pearl. So I now own a purple nerple...... been researching lift kits, thanks for all the write ups a lot of good stuff in here. Maybe in next couple weeks I can add to it w some pic.

I posted a few pics this afternoon its stock right now, all I've done so far is aftermarket deck, kicker 6.5 front and rear waiting to put in subs and amps, 15% tint, and ordered the lift, tires, and by adapter. Will be a weekbor so I'll start posting pics of lift build.

 

I don't know where Claremore is. I'm in Moore, by OKC, I've seen one two of those purple ones out here though.

 

Claremore is about 20 min n of Tulsa on 66

 

 

So you're lucky then. You can go up to Disney to go wheeling and it's not that far a drive. I don't have anywhere to go within at least a hundred miles.

 

Yeah I took my old Jeep there. 81 cj7, 9"lift, 360sb ,727 3 spd trans, Dana 300 tc, 35/15.5 15 interco tsl sx swampers( it was pretty mean). I just got this one the build has just begun. We ride quads there and AP bay. I got out of cars and went quad last few years, missed my Jeeps so i bought a xj, ive had a few in the past and loved em, i wanted the newer grill and interior. i like wranglers too, but with a family and 3 dogs, all the camping gear i just need more room now. always wanted what i have now it is just gonna be a bit before i get her all dolled out the way i want her. it will happen
