newbie to the jeep world

looking at buying a 96 sex machine whoops meant xj sport. Wondering what i should be looking for besides panty dropping performance.

Well, you already say you're looking for a '96 which is a good year. Are you eyeing one specific Jeep or are you open to others? Don't know where you live, but in some parts of the country rust is a major issue.
