Newbie on the hunt

On the hunt for a Grand Cherokee. 2000+ model year. Not sure what years a ZJ is or a WJ? Here to find out what are the best years and engine sizes. Reliability, compatible parts, lifts, wheels and tires? Any info is appreciated!

Well, I'm wanting the Grand Cherokee with the selectable transfer case. Not wanting a "part-time" 4x4. I'm wanting to change it to 4-Hi myself. What style would that be?

2000+ is wj, well up to 05. I dont know much about GC 4wd systems, other than I know its called quadra drive. Welcome, and what plans do you have when you find the one?
