New to me 1995 ZJ
Hi everyone,
New to the forum and new to Jeeps. Past off-road vehicles have been:
2008 Hummer H3 Alpha
1997 Hummer H1
2016 RAM Power Wagon
I recently bought a 1995 ZJ with the 5.2 V8. This past Friday, I got back home after having wheeled it in Moab for a few days. There are a couple of issues I need to take care of:
-Leaks coolant in the passenger side front fender well when hot
-Significant vibration from (I think) the front drive shaft. This can be "tuned out" by feathering the throttle just right so there's no load on the drive train.
-Shocks don't seem to do anything, they are decorative at best it seems
Once this is all done, I want to get more up & down travel in the suspension so I'm reading up on long arm kits.
Looking forward to getting to know my Jeep better, and to get it set up the way I want it.
