A New Jeep and a Reintroduction
In 2011, I bought my first Jeep:
It was a black 97 Country. It was my love, it was my joy, and it ate two motors and I was out of money so it had to go. It may have had something to do with my driving style...
... but at any rate, for almost two years I've been driving a Ranger. It's economical, fun to drive, and I really don't like it very much. It's got less personality than Toby from The Office.
But, I'm finally in a position to have a second vehicle. I've since bought a four wheeler and a dirtbike, so my mud/dirt/breaking **** for fun addiction is mostly covered.
Instead of getting a reliable, relatively efficient XJ, or even a 4.0 powered ZJ, I stumbled across something else on Craigslist. I'll ship a dollar to the home of the first person to figure out what it is and why It's never going to be lifted...
And I'll ship a fiver to the person to guess what I gave for it.

No idea ... Wait- Cant really see on my phone but are those hood vents? If so, that would mean it has the 5.9l "magnum". So it would be a 1998 limited correct?
Congrats if so! Those are nice... come with better exhaust, stronger tranny, trac-lock. Fastest SUV of their time.
Still, not a valid reason to not lift it
*edit* KBB puts the bare-bones 5.9l at 4900 in my zip. So by reading into your reaction, I would say between 3500-4500.

Nailed the model, obviously. Cut the price in half though... guy selling it had no idea what it was. I came across it on craigslist, I always wanted one.
I've never been big on lifting for no reason though, and this a tow pig more than anything else anyways. They only made 10,000 5.9 limiteds and they're hard as hell to find in good shape. I'm too much of a purist to beat the snot out of it, that's what I bought my wolverine for anyways.
