OK, mabe that was a bit to much. Many have wheeled them. I'd say they are ok up to 31" or 32" without lockers. They are just weak. Lots of threads on CF here that talk about "not if" but when they will break. But it all depends on how much you use the skinny pedal with what size tires, in rocks or mud. etc. Not sure on the grand 44 width. If you want to upgrade the cheapest and easyest way would be to get and 8.25 from a junkyard cherokee. You can use this link to find one.
