Welcome. Where in Indiana are you from? I grew up in Noblesville and lived in Avon for 12 years as well. I graduated from BSU in Muncie. That appears to be a 97+. Is it a 4x2? What plans do you have for it? I see it's got the common rocker panel rust.

It's a 1999 4x4 111,000 yes of course rocker panel rust not sure on plans budget will limit alot of it I'm sure. Just plan on making a nice sturdy DD out of it. (I know that's been said before) but I'd like to get that accomplished first. It's pretty mechanically sound just interior needs a lot of help
I'm from parke county

Thanks I'm making it mine, that's the best can do.
I do have a question for people who frequent this forum since I'm not familiar with the etiquette if I want to post to a specific thread my upgrades but not want start a build thread should I do so here? I will very gradually be upgrading my xj and would like to post updates or build/material specific problems and solutions where is the right place to do this?

I kinda got the letter; "Greetings, Uncle Sam requests your presence in the United States Army." I went Navy instead and ended up in California. Had a buddy from Az., and we came to Az to Yuma to dune buggy, and I got the desert fever and stayed.
