The name's Travis. Looking (and very serious about buying) at an '87 MJ. Its 4wd, auto,new 4.0. It has the typical body rust of a vehicle in my area (eastern SD) but hey, I'm an autobody guy. Rust doesn't scare me.

The truck is gonna need tires and both front and rear bumpers. Also I'd like to put bucket seats and a center console from an xj. (Is that possible?) Its a column shift.

I know the typical forum ettiquite, but just like to get all my basic questions out of the way since searching aint too easy on my blackberry.

Anyway the dude is asking $1100 OBO. I figure I can get the jeep-o from him for $900 cash. What do ya guys think?
