New guy from O'hare Illinois Area
Hello all...I now have a 93 XJ as a result of a midnight craigslist buy after 3 of my vehicles crapped out in a 24 hour period.
Honestly, I've always wanted one...it has 143k miles on it, 31" tires and a crap load of rust but for 800 bucks...its worth it.
My plans for it are to obviously replace the floor pan, replace rockers with some tubular skids, fender flares (cause they look cool and i have to cut out some wheel well rust anyway), and ditch the doors for some tubular half doors...remove interior and rhinoline.
I'm looking forward to learning more about these vehicles...always wanted one and now its playtime!
I'm mostly a car guy...fbodies primarily. i have a 79 TA, 94 TA lsx swap (cam only), and a 98 TT z28 as well...time to get into something more than 2 inches off the ground
