Default New guy from NV.

Hello everyone! I've been lurking for a while and gained plenty of knowledge from you here so I thought I I owed an introduction.

My name is Mike and I live and work in Reno, NV. I'm not new to jeeps, just the forum. In the past I've had a 88 Comanche 2.5 and a 94 xj 4.0. I currently drive a 99 sport. 4.0, aw4, np231, 8.25 rear. It is my DD and hunting/fishing rig.

This might dissapoint some, but I have no immediate plan to lift it, but I'm sure it'll happen at some point. It does fine for what I need so far.

Like all xj's its a never ending work in progress. So far I have installed HD upcountry leafs, stacked front isolators to level it some, removed rear sway bar, YJ rear brake line, neon injectors, dynomax cat back, CIA, 235/75 grabber at2s, front tow hooks and a tranny cooler. I'm sure I forgot something.

Next is probably a lunch box locker for the 8.25.

Anyways, thanks for all the info I've obtained here so far. I'm sure there's plenty more to come.

And myself with the reward of our first trip out.

I really enjoyed your build thread XJwonders. I got mine in similar condition, but I worked in a body shop at the time so I was able to purchase it from the older gentleman that caused the damage in the first place. That and the damage was in the rear driver door area. Ice caused him to slide into a transformer on a freeway ramp.
