Hello everyone. New to this forum. Picked up a '96 2door XJ back in September in trade for my '80 MX32 cressida. It's red/black 2tone sport model. 4.0L auto. P.O. installed a rustys 3.5" lift and HD steering and adjustable track bar as well as a set of 31x10.5 tires on eagle wheels. Not new to the wheeling scene, but I am to jeeps. This is my first jeep and I had to have one for the family rig as my buggy doesnt cut it when my daughter is 2. Sad thing is I have fallen in love with this thing and what it can do with so little done to it compared to the buggy which is completely done Needless to say the buggy is on craigslist and looks like taxes are going towards the jeep plans are to rip off the rustys lift and install an iron rock long arm upgrade, 5.5" RE front coils, 3.5" rear springs combined with a 1" longer shackle and the relocation kit. Also the p.o didnt install an sye so thats on the to-do list as well.
