Hello, as the title states, I'm new to the board.
Just got done lifting my son's 99 Cherokee. 4.5" Rusty's with 32x11.5x15 on soft 8's.

The old MT/R did not have a specified inner or outter edge. The new one however does. It was intended to be white letter out, but of course you can mount em' whichever way you want.
