Well I was in Afghanistan in 03, Uzbekistan in 04, Iraq in 05 & 06, and I just got home from Kuwait a couple of weeks ago and I've been looking for one of these all the while. I picked up a 2000 JEEP Cherokee XJ yesterday. It's a Texas truck, no rust, 4.0L, 6.5" Rough Country lift with front long arm upgrade and 2" spacers, custom rear driveshaft, Iron Rock crossover steering, 4.56 pinion gears, brand new BFG Mud Terrain KM2 tires at 35x12.50x15. I could just about eat off the underbody and it looks like no one ever even sat in the back seats. I also have a 2009 sunburst orange Ram that I think might be for sale tomorrow.
I have a lot to learn about these XJs and I look forward to your advice.
