Hey all, been about 7 yrs since I was last on here or into xjs. My 1st was a red 99 with 4.5” of RE(pre pro comp) superflex lift with 35” BFG mud terrains. I also did a rear disk conversion. Well about 3 months ago I picked up green 99. This time it was someone else’s unfinished project. I paid 800 for it . It’s got 5” of bds short arm lift and 33x13.30 super swampers. I finished the motor swap and swapped the dash harness and both engine bay harness’ and welded the rear dif. I’m going to exo cage this one, long arms and a front spartan. Might go to 35”s also. The 13.50 super swampers work really well in the terrain I play in.

 

The green one next to my red one is my buddies I helped him build a few years ago and the chilly pepper red one is a buddies we are currently building.

Appreciated and thank you!! As bubblegum as the Facebook group is most of the time I thought for sure this was still the place to be. Disappointed the traffic has slowed that much. And again thanks for the welcome!!

 

New member here, nice to meet you. Even though it isn't as active there's still plenty of people, still many of them are unpleasant but you know we cant win them all bahahha, just whatever you do don't bring up that your XJ is running hot or what oil you should run . Goodluck with your build XD.

 

Thanks for the info! But it’s an XJ, of course it runs hot lol. As far as the oil goes, she gets what’s on sale 😂 jk.
