Hey all, long time lurker here, new to the jeep thing, i bought my XJ about 6 months ago, its a 4 door country in White (which is a color i dont see often) High on miles (215xxx) but runs strong, like I said before, after lurking for some time it was time to join!

Current plan of attack in no particular order (which is mild considering its my Dd)

-2.5" lift with 30's or 3" with 31s
-Half doors with snap on rag windows for the summer months
-Fix the little issue with it (fog lights not working, front interior lights are popped out, Passenger latch won't hold shut Etc...)
- Want a light bar for the top above the windshield
- New roof rack/basket for long trips
- When the seats really get worn swap for Grand Cherokee buckets
- Build a small 10" sub box in that useless area in the trunk along with a false floor to hide amp and a set of basic tools
- New bumpers and possible a wench
- Various engine upgrades (Neon injectors, Air intake etc...)

so far thats all I can really think of ima set up a build thread once I get everything going, I've used this site for alot of inspiration and hope to have a kick *** time with y'all!

 

Welcome to the forum. Sounds like you have a solid plan. Id say go with 3.5" and 33s. I know you said you want to keep it mild, but trust me once you start you'll always want bigger and better. I started off wanting a simple hunting jeep 3" and 31's. That has change to a full 4 link front and back with 5.5" or 6.5" on 37s or bigger.
