Bought a '99
The whole family takes an annual trip to central Colorado. My brother and I ride ATV's all week, but my parents can't ride the rough stuff. So I bought a '99 Cherokee to outfit so they can follow us and access the lesser used parts of the state.
It won't be for hard-core off-roading, just rough trails. I've already taken delivery of a 3" lift kit from Rusty's Off Road, five 31x10.5" BFG AT's on 15" steelies, and a Smittybilt XRC rear bumper with tire carrier. Going to also add some tubular running boards to help the parents get in and out.
I've been daily driving it for 2 weeks now, and have found no major flaws. A few little things need fixed, but overall, it's in outstanding condition for a 193k mile vehicle.
