Hello From WA State!
Hello all from Olympia, WA. My name is Jake, and I'm 18. Just starting to build my Cherokee. I got interested in wheeling when my dad bought and lifted and built up his 95 Cherokee, and also when my friend built up his 1992 Ford Explorer, and been wheeling for about 6 months now so im still a Newb, but i plan to own my Jeep for a long time. I also joined Search And Rescue so I'm building it up for that too. Hope you all enjoy! Thanks for allowing me to be a part of this site!

Thanks a lot man, can't wait to get it built up more. Just waiting for the financial situation to be right to pick up my Rough Country 3.5" Lift.

Hey Jake welcome to CF from Buck up in Oak Harbor on Whidbey Island. I'm a born and raised Chehalis native. Nice looking XJ. My son and I have two genrations of built XJs as well. Look at 1987XJ to see pics of his rig. I have a 91 Sport on 6" lift with 33s, 4.56s and locked front and rear. My son's is a 1987 on 6.5" lift with 33s soon to have 4.56s. Is that 4wheeling place over there across I-5 from Hawk's Prairie still open? Captol Forest or whatever it was called?? Maybe you and your Dad can meet us for a 4wheeling run sometime.

Jake, I have the Tahuya run marked on the calender. If nothing else comes up between now and then I might just meet you all there. Tahuya is really close for me.
