Default Hello from Michigan!!!

I know this should of been my first post....sorry

I recently picked up a 2000 Jeep Cherokee 125,000 miles and runs great.

Had a clean car fax, and 1 owner that finally traded it in for a new vehicle. All service done on the XJ was documented. Had a bad o2 sensor after the cat that threw a code..must of scared the owner..

I have always wanted a Jeep!

My plans are a 4.5in toxic lift installed at a local off road shop. 31 inch MTR's. and beef up the axles as much as I can.

I don't plan to beat the snot out of it...I just want to trail ride with it and use it for hunting.

Anyways look forward to chatting with you all and learning a thing or to!

Here is a pic on its first trail run!

I do plan to make a build thread as time permits. I am pretty busy at work!

Here is my daily driver! I like Black!

I'll be replaceing u-joints in my front drive shaft this weekend, have alot of play in them. I got some u-joints from "tom Woods" (http://www.4xshaft.com/index.html). great price and free shipping (just pay a 5 dollar handeling fee). Its a greasable joint.

Hi I am new here to and about 15 miles north of you. Where do you go to trails? The mounds are like 20 mins from me.

Their is a mile long "trail" right in the state game area.

I am not sure the road name I have it saved in my GPS.

It really was a road but the county does not maintain it so all the locals with rigs go and tear it up.

My buddy that lives up their is looking for a Cherokee to, so when we go wheeling maybe we can set up a meet, he has some property and a huge rock pile so we have been talking about building a little coarse once rifle season is over.

Welcome! I'm hailing from Wayne myself. I'd love to see some good local terrain, if anyone knows of any good places and wants to go wheel some weekend.
