Hello,
I'm Chris from central Louisiana. I do not currently own a Cherokee but I am looking for one. I had an early 90s model 2dr until my wife and I traded it when we decided to have a child in 1994. I know, poor decision. I wish I still had it. Yes I like the looks of the 2 door better but it's close decision with the Cherokees. My daily driver is a 2008 Dodge crew cab 4X4 and my wife drives a 2008 H3. My son and I have decided to build a "toy" but I want to be able to drive it anywhere I want to go.
That brings me to why Im here. Ive been reading the posts here and it looks like there is a wealth of knowledge that could help my son and I with our plans.

Im just north of Alexandria. I was in Maringouin yesterday to look at a 98 limited. I passed on it though. It was a lot rougher than the guy told me on the phone.

 

Welcome! Keep an eye out on CF for Jeeps for sale. There are good deals to be had. I picked mine up on Craigslist. Good luck bud!

 

After doing a lot of thinking and internet searching, I bought that '98 Limited in Maringouin. For $1500 I dont think I'll end up regreting it. Its in good shape mechanically and should just need a few trips to the local junk yard to get the interior in good shape. Im happy with it. Off to Advance for tune up parts!!
